One of our community’s favorite initiatives is the annual T&E Care School Supply Drive. This program provides school supplies and backpacks to students in need, helping them begin the school year confident and prepared.

T&E Care is holding its annual School Supply Drive for the 2026/27 school year from May 19 – June 12, 2026. Again we will be asking families, organizations, and businesses to make financial donations so we can purchase the supplies needed for our local neighbor children.

The School Supply Drive helps provide the needed supplies to local families who struggle to buy them. In this way we hope to level the playing field for our neighborhood kids — thanks for helping us make this happen!

How It Works

Donations are welcome in any amount and we’ll do the buying for you! This streamlines the process and generates much less waste.

• Across all grades, it costs approximately $100 to support a child with all school supplies, a school bag/backpack, and a Target gift card for a new pair of shoes, socks, and underwear.
• Please consider asking your employer about Matching Gifts
• DONATE BY MAIL: Please make checks payable to “T&E Care” and mail to: T&E Care, PO Box 2111, Southeastern, PA 19399 — please include this form with your donation.
• Donate with Venmo directly: @TECARE, last 4 digits of phone number is 1068. Please include your email address and “SSD” in the note. 
• DONATE ONLINE: Use the form below to make a donation using Paypal, Venmo, or a credit card. Please consider adding ~3% to your gift to cover processing fees so our neighbors receive the maximum benefit of your generosity. Thank you for your support! Note: if you notice a checkbox labeled “Ship to billing address” and the option to enter a shipping address, please disregard and leave the box checked. Because you are making a donation, no physical items will be sent to you.

Volunteer Opportunities

• A note on volunteers – please, no children younger than high school age. Volunteers must complete a confidentiality agreement and are encouraged to submit clearances. For details, see our volunteer information here.
• Help moving supplies from a Berwyn location to Beaumont – June 16, 2026
• Help sorting, organizing, and assembling supplies and backpacks – June 16, 17, and 18
• Groups or teams interested in helping are welcomed to help with moving supplies or with assembly
• Groups or teams may “adopt a grade” – please contact schoolsupplies@tecare.org for details
• We are looking for a few volunteers to organize “Kindness Cards” that are included in the backpacks – need to be delivered no later than June 12th. Please contact schoolsupplies@tecare.org for details
