This Privacy Notice for Tredyffrin and Easttown Care (“T&E Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process“) your personal information when you use our services (“Services“), including when you:

Information automatically collected

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. You may reviews, change, or request removal of your information at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.

  • Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
  • Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked, we do not respond to them at this time. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

    T&E Care does NOT collect: biometric information, fingerprints, voiceprints, internet or other similar network activity including browsing history, search history, online behavior, interest data, and interactions with other websites, applications, systems, and advertisements, geolocation data, device location, audio, electronic, sensory, or similar information, images, audio, video, or recordings.

    We may also collect other personal information outside of these categories through instances where you interact with us in person, online, or by phone or mail in the context of:

    • Receiving help through our customer support channels
    • Participation in customer surveys or contests
    • Facilitation in the delivery of our Services
    • To respond to your inquiries.

We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws.

    Request Verification

    Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. 

    If you submit the request through an authorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request and the agent will need to provide a written and signed permission from you to submit such request on your behalf.
