What We Do
As an all-volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to the Tredyffrin and Easttown Town community, T&E Care supports our neighbors facing financial and material challenges. We provide short-term assistance with compassion and respect, helping individuals and families overcome immediate barriers to stability and offer programs that promote long-term self-sufficiency and a brighter future.
Our Home and Hearth Program offers urgent assistance to prevent crises like eviction or utility shut-offs. We help families in need through tough times with assistance for housing, utilities, food, transportation, medical needs, and more.
Beyond urgent needs, T&E Care runs the following community programs designed for families to build a stronger foundation of skills, confidence, and opportunitites for long-term stability in the future:
School Supply Drive
Ensuring students start the school year right with the essential supplies they need to excel
Holiday Drive
Bringing joy to our neighbors in need by fulfilling wish lists and providing essential food and household supplies
Holiday Meal Outreach
Providing Thanksgiving and December holiday meals along with critical food support for families in need
School Meal Program
Ensuring students can afford nutritious school meals even when they don’t qualify for federal programs
Summer Camp Program
Keeping children active and engaged while enabling parents to maintain steady employment
Post-Secondary Education Assistance Program
Our Post-Secondary Education Assistance Program empowers post-secondary students through mentorship and financial support
Supporting Our Work
The good work of T&E Care is made possible by our generous community of individual and corporate donors. While we host various fundraisers throughout the year, our Fall Fest is the main event.
Fall Fest is an important opportunity for us to gather and celebrate our impact as a community, while raising the critical funds needed to sustain our programs year-round.
