Questions?
If you have questions about volunteer opportunities or other general questions about volunteering with T&E Care, please email us at volunteer@tecare.org
Required Clearances for Volunteers
All volunteers must obtain a PA Criminal Record Check clearance. Volunteers who may work directly with or may come in contact (even indirectly) with children must also obtain a PA Child Abuse History Clearance and FBI Clearance.
These required clearances are valid for five years.
Even if your specific role may not require them, T&E Care encourages all volunteers to get these clearances. It’s a great way to ensure we’re always ready to help our neighbors as safely as possible. For questions about what clearances you need, please email us at volunteer@tecare.org.
