Holiday Drive
Our annual holiday drive brings neighbors together to brighten the season by fulfilling holiday wish lists of local families in need
The T&E Care Holiday Drive is an annual program that collects and delivers holiday gifts, food, cleaning supplies, and other essentials to local families in need.
The committee begins working in October, identifying families and their wish lists. The wish list items are organized on a Sign Up Genius which is then shared with the community.
Gift sign-ups typically run through early December, with drop-off dates typically the first Saturday and Sunday of December. The drop-off site has traditionally been generously provided by St. John’s Presbyterian Church located at 217 Berkley Road in Devon.

How It Works
Wish List Sign Up Genius (available in November)
- Donors select items on the Sign Up Genius
- Donors can select a single item, a whole family, or anything in between
- Plan for potential shipping delays for any online purchases
Drop-Off Instructions
- Drop-off location: TBA
- Drop-off dates: TBA
- Gifts should be wrapped and clearly labeled with the family number and contents (see example below)
- Do not wrap or box gift cards
- If you need help wrapping, the Holiday Drive team can assist
- Print and complete a Donor Form and include it with your drop-off
Words cannot truly express how grateful I am for your generosity. I waited to open my presents until Christmas morning as they were the only gifts under my tree and what gifts they were! I don’t know how you do it but everything was so needed and made my holiday so happy and joyful. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart.
Your help to make our holidays bright was very much appreciated. Our kids are going to be so very happy with their gifts, and to have the gift cards to help with some basics and a few gifts really lightens our load. Merry Christmas to all.
I am writing to express my gratitude to you, T&E Care organization, and to all who really made our holiday happen this year!!! My kids received all the gifts that they dreamed of through the year – they are so happy with their new toys and incredible games, and absolutely amazing pajama sets! Although I know that just saying thank you is not enough to express my appreciation, I hope one day I will be able to help people like your organization does!
