Sept 9, 2023 – Community Concert – Canceled
We were sorry that our September 9/10 concert had to be canceled. The bad storms over the entire weekend ruined many outdoor plans, including our planned event. The Magical Mystery Doors (our band) needed to travel quite a distance to be here and that complicated it all even more. Believe me, it was not an easy decision to pull the plug on something we’d worked on for months! We thank all the sponsors who continued to support us despite the cancelation, and we thank all those who purchased raffle tickets and offered donations.
Please see below the list of our amazing sponsors. We couldn’t help out our families without their help. Any support you can offer them would be much appreciated on our part, and they believe in the value of lending a hand to support their community!
Thanks also to the restaurants that donated gift certificates for our raffle: Avola Kitchen + Bar, Cedar Hollow Inn, Nudy’s, Poseidon Asian Cuisine, Elegance Cafe, Casey’s Tavern, San Nicola, Home Cooked, Aneu, and DanDan’s. This is much appreciated!!! And we are excited to say that we have pulled the winning 4 tickets. Thanks again to Eileen Kraut for organizing the raffle, and to Richard at Nudy’s for being the person to help draw the winning tickets. Thanks again to all who participated and congrats to the 4 winners! See photos below on this special drawing.
Thanks again to the food truck vendors that were scheduled to attend: Philly Hots, Savanna’s Tender Love & Fries, JT Wilder BBQ, and Handels.
Finally, a very special thanks to the committee that worked so hard to pull this all off. Their efforts were MUCH appreciated! Those volunteers included: Barb Bogle, Susan Chronister, Jeannie Dechiario, Maggie Golden, Sandi Gorman, Molly Johnson, Audrey Kese, Karla Konz, Eileen Kraut, Danyll Lockett, Stacy Stone, Monica Thomson and Rita Thompson.

Oh WOW – what a night! – Sept 2022
To those of you who were able to make it to the concert on Saturday night (9/10/22) you will know that it was AMAZING. The Magical Mystery Doors, which just the day before had been voted by USA Today as “the Best Casino Show in the USA“, really outdid themselves. The music was so fun! Check out the videos on this page to get a sense of the sound. VERY special!
The weather was perfect again this year! Someone is looking out for us, that’s for sure! Wilson Farm Park is the perfect setting for this event – plenty of parking and room to spread out for the 500+ folks in attendance. We had 5 great food truck options – some of which sold out again! Rave reviews of the quality of food from all of them! Over 750 raffle tickets were sold, and the winner of the grand prize of $600 gave us half back! So that idea worked great. Catherine’s Kitchen, one of our food trucks, offered a $50 gift card that we added as a 4th raffle prize, too. Very fun! Thanks to all who participated and congrats to the winners!
Thanks to all the volunteers, to the committee, to those who made donations, to those who bought tickets, and to those who just came to have a great time. We hope you did! We know we did!!!

WHAT A SPECIAL EVENT – September 2021!!!
The T&E Care Thank You concert held on September 10, 2021 was a HUGE SUCCESS! The band was outstanding. The setting was perfect. The food trucks sold out! And of course the weather gods looked favorably upon us with PERFECT weather – low 70s, sun, and just a slight breeze. It couldn’t have been better! The only glitch was a power malfunction for the band at the very end of the event – but the crowd just sang along to a couple of favorite Beatles tunes to help them finish off the night! It actually made it kind of special! The crowd estimate was over 500 people in attendance! Lots of raffle tickets and t-shirts were sold, and many folks honored us with general donations. And more importantly – some new friends to T&E Care were made. Congrats to the Rotwitt family for winning the 50/50 and THANKS for declining to take the winnings. That’s a true T&E Care friend! Thanks again to Good Sports of Wayne for making this happen, to all our sponsors, and special thanks to the amazing committee who pulled this off. The local IN TE Magazine ran some great pictures about the event – click HERE to see that article.
THANK YOU again to all who came – we hope you had a great time too. Enjoy our website videos and photos!

T&E Care 13th Annual Fall Fest
October 23, 2020
We are excited to share that the 13th annual virtual Fall Fest, the Day of Impact, was a huge success! On this day we featured, with videos and other social media sources, the impact of donations to T&E Care, both time and treasure. Thanks to all those who sponsored the event, made general donations, and/or purchased raffle tickets. Many thanks to Bob Kelly of Fox 29 News for being our emcee for the raffle pull, and to Paoli Hospital and Main Line Health for hosting the event. Special thanks to Jack Lynch, CEO and President of MLH for doing our opening note for the virtual video, and to those front line workers that helped with the raffle. These folks represented ALL those at MLH and around the country who have dedicated so much to keeping us safe during these trying times. Helping from Paoli were: Rev. Barbara Emery (Spiritual Care Coordinator), Nicola Caldwell-Macelree (Staff Nurse – providing direct patient care to Covid patients), Cindy Kennedy (Respiratory Therapist), Bill Leahey (Supervisor Mechanics), Ray Guy (Radiologic Technologist), Shirley Bond (Environmental Services Team Leader), Elikem Awuyah (Food Service Assistant), Jaden Bedwell (Registration/Scheduling Specialist), and Sheila Landis (Public Safety Officer). Another team effort!
Over 1200 tickets were sold for our 12 great raffle prizes – many thanks to all who gave it a try!! Congratulations to the winners!! Please contact us at fallfest@tecare.org if you have any questions.

T&E Care 12th Annual Fall Fest
November 9, 2019, 6:30-11
Presented by Pennsylvania Trust
Again this year T&E Care held its annual fund raiser, the Fall Fest and what an event it was. A MAJOR success for sure. The decorations were beautiful, the food delicious, the prizes incredible, the band (Three and One) was really terrific, and the enthusiasm of the crowd was contagious. The recognition of our board chair John “Jump” Dautrich, was all that it should have been – with over 250 people in attendance to give him the credit he deserves for all he’s done for T&E Care and the community at large. At the event it was announced that a special fund has been created to continue the honor of Jump – the John Dautrich Hero Fund. The money in this account will be used when special requests for assistance come to T&E Care – as a way to continue the tribute to Jump and so many others. If you would like to make a donation to that fund – you can either send a check (made payable to T&E Care) to: T&E Care, PO Box 2111, Southeastern, PA 19399, use Venmo (@tecare) or follow the paypal/credit card link on this website page.
The Fall Fest is our biggest source of revenue each year to help us have the funds ready when we have families asking for assistance. We are sure that we topped last year’s record of over $120,000 in profit – thanks to the continued generosity of the community and our amazing sponsors. Thanks again to St. Davids for being a great host, to Nothing Bundt Cake (Gateway) for sharing the cost of the wonderful desserts, and to StudioFlora (Berwyn) for loaning us so many gorgeous decorations. Yet another truly TEAM effort!
Please contact us at fallfest@tecare.org if you have any questions.

Holy Cow – what a night! Everything about the evening on November 3 was so magical! Gorgeous decorations, wonderful food (those desserts from Nothing Bundt Cake were AMAZING), and auction and raffle prizes to top all efforts! The students from the Delta Squad Band were fun entertainers! With a full crowd, great bidders, and phenomenal sponsors – we expect to have topped our profit from past years. Thanks to ALL who bought raffle tickets in advance (NEITHER feature raffle prize winner was in attendance so it really can work to buy them online!), to all who made the effort to attend and bid, and to all who couldn’t attend but just sent in a general donation. Everyday Heroes
The 2017 Fall Fest was held on Saturday, November 11, from 6:30 to 11:00pm at St. Davids Golf Club in Wayne, PA. It was a HUGE success! This year we saluted local heroes. What a wonderful way to honor all those from the community who do so much. As in the past, the Fall Fest is our largest fundraiser, so the support of the community is really appreciated. From our sponsors and prize donors, to those in attendance, we are thankful for all your support! We are extremely grateful to Zeke Capital Advisors for being our lead sponsor again this year. What incredible local generosity!
We also thank our band this year, Dibbs Preston and the Detonators! They were FANTASTIC! Check out their tunes.

Kickoff Event for T&E Care Fall Fest at Euro Motorcars Devon
On Thursday, October 3, a number of T&E Care volunteers gathered for a kick-off event to address invitations and meet with sponsors in preparation for the upcoming Fall Fest. This Kickoff Event was held at and sponsored by Euro Motorcars Devon. Phil Miller, GM of the Euro Motorcars dealership, along with Alisa King, worked hard to help us make this event so much fun. Below are some pictures of the event. An even better slide show can be found by clicking → HERE ←. Thanks to Brenda Carpenter for taking such amazing pictures!

Binni & Flynn’s Wrap-up Luncheon
Many thanks to Meridith Coyle for hosting the Fall Fest committee members with a lunch at the new Binni & Flynns in Berwyn. The lunch was delicious and it gave them a chance to discuss outcomes and begin plans for 2014!
T&E Care Fall Fest 2012
The Results and Thanks!
We rocked BIG TIME! It was truly a night to remember. Gorgeous decorations. Delicious food. Awesome prizes. Fantastic Band. Great friendships. All for a wonderful cause. St. Davids Golf Club was terrific to work with. The Common Bond (our band) donated their time and talent. Over 220 people joined us in our efforts to raise funds for our various programs to support local families. We had budgeted $30,000 for the expected revenue, and we know we surpassed that amount. The sold out event (with a waiting list!) was a terrific success due to the many many generous donors and friends of T&E Care! Thanks is hardly sufficient!
Also at the Fall Fest, TD Bank gave T&E Care their annual check for participating in the bank’s Affinity Program. The check, for over $14,000, will be used to help cover college costs for local kids.
Thanks again to our great sponsors!

Fall Fest 2010 – The Results
Saturday, October 16
What a great way to celebrate our 5th anniversary of helping local families – the Fall Fest 2010 was another huge success. We had a great attendance – thanks to all those who took the time to attend! Everyone there seemed to have fun bidding on the great prizes, playing some of the games, eating delicious food, and watching the Phillies on the big TVs (it was fun even though they lost! ).We also thank all those who made donations – both donations of prizes and those who made financial donations. We couldn’t have done it without them!!!
Last but not least – we thank those who helped organize and set up for the event, those who worked a shift at the event, and those who helped gather prizes for the silent auction. Special thanks to Jump Dautrich, Seth Landau, Debbie Weger, Sandi Gorman, Rita Seltzer, Chris Caine, and Barbara Rompala – the event couldn’t have happened without your help.
T&E Care Fall Fest 2009 – another successful event
On November 7, 2009, the Fall Fest, an important T&E Care fund raiser, was held at Waynesborough Country Club in Paoli. There was a great DJ, an incredible silent auction, a yummy dinner, and lots of good socializing! The event was very well attended and lots of bidding on the prizes was held – so we are confident the proceeds will be a huge help in the upcoming months.
Many many thanks to all those who attended, to all those who donated prizes, and to all those who send in donations in lieu of attending. Special thanks to the committee members who helped make the night so special: Susan Arnold, Jeanne Braun, Sage Bronzino, Chris Caine, Jane Creamer, Kit Dempsey, Kim DeStefano, Mary Diller, Betsy Friend, Tanya Lanzilotti, Amy Lord, Jeanne May, Kate McCanney, Anne Morris, Linsday Nolan, Tracey Prestipino, Christine Reiss, Bettyann Silvius, Caroline Sweeny, and Margie Winters. And a very special thanks to Rita Seltzer for all her efforts putting this together. There are no adequate words of thanks to appropriately describe our appreciation to Rita – she is an incredible community volunteer.
